Product Description
IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Long Arg3) is a synthetic analogue of IGF-1 with an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus. These modifications reduce its binding to IGF-binding proteins, extending its half-life and increasing its potency.
Research Information
Research on IGF-1 LR3 has demonstrated its enhanced anabolic activity compared to native IGF-1. Studies have investigated its effects on muscle protein synthesis, satellite cell activation, and tissue repair. Research has also explored its metabolic effects, including effects on glucose uptake and fat metabolism.
