We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC. Orders are held pending confirmation of payment on the blockchain. Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible by their nature. Imperial Peptides is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by the customer.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Imperial Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
